We have to be careful what we say here because Rich is the founding father of Spectrum Painting. In all honesty, Rich is a terrific guy and a wonderful leader. He is passionate about the work we do, truly loves helping clients, and is gifted at planning ahead and helping our team whenever needed. Rich also has earned himself the nickname “Richie-no-wait.” Why, you might ask? Because for as long as he has known himself, he has been a pedal-to-the-metal thrill-seeker who has a special place in his heart for motorcycles and snowmobiles especially.
Hector Gereda
Advanced Crew Leader
Hector is a multi-talented leader, with exceptional skills in painting, staining, and customer service, to name just a few. We also appreciate the fact that he loves a transformation, ensuring that our client’s goals and needs are met. Hector also helps with scheduling jobs, training new hires and is a very important part of our team! On his own time, Hector enjoys traveling, fishing, and listening to traditional music from his home country. Hector is also Lead Safe Certified through the EPA.
Natalie Marsella
Marketing and Office Coordinator
Natalie is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and monitors our jobs put into production while tracking the progress to ensure all customer needs are met, as well as all invoicing them at the end. In addition, she oversees all the social media, marketing efforts, email newsletters and technological aspects for the office and field. Natalie is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick and studied Journalism and Media Studies as well as Political Science. When she's not working, Natalie and her husband, Josh, enjoy going to Yankees games, watching movies and and vacationing down the shore. Natalie's guilty pleasure is watching all things Bravo TV. They have a cat named Princess who runs their household and a newborn son who keeps them VERY busy!
Brian Kehoe
Field Coordinator
Aside from heading up the wash crew, Brian is also our Shop Steward and Field Coordinator for flooring. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his children, cooking and going to catch some sporting events with his brother and nephew.
Skylar Catania
Customer Service / Admin
Skylar is Customer Service / Admin of Spectrum Painting. She enjoys reading, listening to rock/metal music, and sipping on Starbucks. When she's not working, she spends time with her two dogs, Olive & Basil. Skylar is a graduate of William Paterson University with a double bachelor's degree in psychology & sociology.
Marcin Mieczkowski
Crew Leader
Marcin is a crew leader with over 20 years of painting experience. He is originally from Poland but currently lives in New Jersey with his wife, Anna. In his spare time, Marcin enjoys fishing, kayaking, listening to Polish music and cooking.
Greivin Jiminez
Project Leader
Greivin has 18 years experience working in painting industry and is one of our most requested project leaders. When not working, Grievin likes to go out dancing and spend time with his family.
Gregor Gebolys
Project Leader
Gregor has 20 years experience in the painting industry and 12 years experience in carpentry. His hobbies include hiking with his family and watching movies. He also likes all electronics gadgets like computers, drones and cameras. Gregor's favorite sport is football and soccer and his favorite team is FC Barcelona.
Jacob Coker
Concrete Coatings Project Leader
Jacob is one of our concrete coating specialists for Spectrum. He takes a lot of pride in the work he does and has a passion for it as well. Outside of work, Jacob likes to do outdoor activities such as fishing and hiking. He also loves cooking a good meal and relaxing with his feet up. As much as it hurts to say, Jacob is a NY Jets fan.
Patricia Altobello
Bookkeeper/HR
Patricia joined our team after being a past customer! Patricia provides comprehensive bookkeeping services while helping to monitor the financial health of the company. Patricia also helps facilitate HR for Spectrum. Patricia earned an Accounting degree at Seton Hall University as well as her CPA. In her free time, Patricia enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, and traveling whenever possible.
Pam Steinhilber
Color Consultant and Window Treatment Specialist
Pam is our expert color consultant. During a color consult, Pam pulls inspiration from both ideas from the customers as well as their furnishings, decor, pillows, artwork, etc. Pam is able to help out with both interior and exterior colors and in some cases, is able to provide a mock-up of a building or home with different color ideas on doors, shutters, etc. Outside of paint and color, Pam has the ability to help out with wallpaper choices and even window treatments!
