We have to be careful what we say here because Rich is the founding father of Spectrum Painting. In all honesty, Rich is a terrific guy and a wonderful leader. He is passionate about the work we do, truly loves helping clients, and is gifted at planning ahead and helping our team whenever needed.Rich also has earned himself the nickname “Richie-no-wait.” Why, you might ask? Because for as long as he has known himself, he has been a pedal-to-the-metal thrill-seeker who has a special place in his heart for motorcycles and snowmobiles especially.
Karen is our wonderful Office Manager, effortlessly overseeing the behind-the-scenes aspect of what we do at Spectrum Painting. She is a perfectionist, is always eager to implement and try out a new system for maximum efficiency, and takes a tremendous amount of pride in her work. In fact, she has literally driven in a snowstorm down a mountain to get to the office! Her favorite color is a warm and sunny yellow. This may be because of her love for the great outdoors which often leads her to camp, work in her garden, or do anything else that involves soaking up a little nature. If she is not outside, she might be watching her favorite sport: hockey!
Joe puts a lot of pride into his work. He really enjoys helping customers with their projects and being part of the transformation. He feels the "Spectrum Experience" from beginning to end is something that really sets us apart. In his free time you will find Joe with his wife Carisa and their four children. He is also a big Jets fan. He knows, maybe next year...
After many years in the field and serving as a crew leader and lead painter, Mike has moved to the sales side of things and is our newest estimator. Mike is a man with an eye for quality. For guitarists, he loves Stevie Ray Vaughn. For authors, he prefers the works of C.S. Lewis, an undeniably phonomenal writer. He also brings that love for quality to work every day, especially in the areas of brushwork and putting a smile on a customer’s face. When Mike is not working, reading, or listening to Stevie, he might be writing and performing music of his own, spending time with his family at the range, or studying theology.
